"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Dat has asked me to upload some of his pictures from Waterloo to the site, due to the size (He's got around 200 photos taken, 180MB in total), he is sending me 2 or 3 everyday (if I have time), and I will unload it here. If you want to see new pics, I'm sorry that you may have to check the site quite frequently.
All pics are reduced to 1024x768, if you need the bigger version (You probably won't, but just in case) , usually 1600x1200 or bigger, please email me (hallelujah_tim (at) hotmail (dot) com) about it.
The code on the guy in the toga is pretty obviously Caesar cypher, coding A->E. Decode to read "I'm with Vigenere". So, apply Vigenere cypher to the other guy's shirt. Vigenere cypher is just a repeated use of the Caesar cypher under a keyword. (If you aren't familiar with this one, try link below.) To determine the key, I assumed he was saying "I'm with Caesar", and coded backwards. Turns out the key is "blaise", and a quick reference shows that Blaise was Vigenere's first name.
